1. Services

Tomasino Farms, Inc. ("FDA-TF") provides FDA registration assistance, U.S. Agent representation, DUNS number assistance and ISF / Prior Notice filing services through this portal. FDA-TF is a private service provider and is not the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

2. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information and documents submitted through the portal. Inaccurate information may result in rejected filings, penalties or import delays.

3. Fees

Pricing is provided on request after the service scope is reviewed and is confirmed in writing before work begins. Government charges, where applicable, are separate.

4. Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Limitation of liability

FDA-TF exercises professional care in all filings but does not control decisions of the FDA, CBP or Dun & Bradstreet. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.
