Information we collect
We collect the information you submit through the portal — account details, company and facility information, FDA and DUNS data, shipment details and uploaded documents — plus contact and pricing-inquiry conversations, solely to provide the services you request.
How your data is protected
All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Uploaded documents are stored privately and are only accessible to your account and authorized FDA-TF staff through permission-checked downloads. We never sell or share your data with third parties except as required to perform the services or deliver requested communications (e.g., FDA, CBP, Dun & Bradstreet and our email-delivery provider). Pricing inquiry message bodies and outgoing email bodies are encrypted at rest. Authentication forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to detect automated abuse; Cloudflare processes limited browser and network signals for that security purpose.
Data retention
Regulatory records are retained for as long as your account is active or as required by U.S. regulation. Contact and pricing-inquiry history is retained for business continuity and audit purposes. You may request deletion by contacting support, subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements.
