US Agent Services for FDA Communication
A US Agent serves as the point of contact between the FDA and foreign companies. If the FDA is unable to reach a foreign company directly, they will contact the US Agent to facilitate communication. Before an initial registration number is assigned, US Agents must confirm that they are acting on behalf of your company.
